Welcome to Helbling Digital Media, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services
Helbling Digital Media, LLC provides web development, growth-driven digital solutions, and related consulting. We are committed to delivering services that help our clients grow and scale. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. White-Label Work & Portfolio Access
A portion of our work is performed under white-label partnerships. Out of respect for client confidentiality, some projects are not publicly displayed and may be password-protected. Portfolio access is granted upon request and is intended to provide context on the type of work we perform under private label relationships.

3. Intellectual Property
All materials, code, designs, and content produced by Helbling Digital Media, LLC remain our property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon completion and payment, ownership rights will be transferred in accordance with the client agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary materials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

5. Payments & Fees
Project costs, retainers, and billing schedules are outlined in client contracts. Late payments may result in suspension of work or delay in access to deliverables.

6. Confidentiality
We recognize the importance of confidentiality, particularly in white-label relationships. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive information without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
Helbling Digital Media, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
